I’ve been thinking about this issue a lot lately. I have a few remote employees and it’s something that I’ve never really thought about.
The main reason is that we have a lot of people who work out of their home and that’s where they live. If they’re in the US, it’s a different time zone.
I’m curious if you have a solution for this, or if you have a solution for it, what you’ve done.
We have a lot of different time zones so we have to have a solution that works for everyone.
