Spotify has announced its move to a permanent flexible work model with its work from anywhere policy. The company is now able to choose from 6550 employees in the global market how they want to work at the company - in an office remote or at a coworking space for which it will pay a subscription fee. After years of growing pains, and a lot of hard work, we have finally reached a point where the majority of our employees work remotely. The numbers are staggering: 75% of our employees work remotely, and we have plans to reach 100% over the next few years.
