The answer to the first question is generally yes, and the second question is mostly yes. The third question is not so straightforward, and depends on the legal status of the company you work for.
In general, companies in Spain can hire people from abroad to work remotely. This includes people from other European countries, Australia, New Zealand and the US.
However, the Spanish law does not allow companies to hire people to work remotely from countries outside the European Union. This includes the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the US.
This means that, if you work for a company in Spain and you are not a Spanish citizen, you must be a citizen of one of the countries mentioned above.
