Remote work at TJX

Does TJX allow remote workers?

If not, how do you deal with this?

I’m assuming you mean the “remote” part of remote work.
I don’t know if they do, but I’d assume they do. If they don’t, I’m sure you could convince them to. It’s a pretty common practice.
I would suggest you write them a letter, explaining the situation, and the benefits of it. I’m sure they will see the benefit.
If you’re really worried, you could also ask them if they’d be open to hiring a “temp” employee for the position. This is usually a pretty good way to get around the “we don’t allow remote” thing.
It is not a requirement that you be physically present at the store. You could be working from home, or from a local Starbucks, or from a local library, or from a local restaurant, or from a local bar.
There are a few things to consider:
Is the store open 24 hours a day? If so, it would be easy to come in at odd hours and do your work. If the store is open only during the day, it would be harder.
Is the store open on weekends? If so, you would have to work during the hours when the store is open.
