NetEase and remote work

Does NetEase allow work from home?

Here is what I found:

I searched for “work from home” in NetEase’s job postings, and found a lot of jobs that do not require an office. I also found a lot of jobs that do not require an office, but require a computer.
I’m not sure if this is a good indicator of whether or not NetEase allows work from home.

What are some challenges that remote workers might face?

Here is a list of some of the challenges I have encountered in my own work as a remote employee.

  1. Communication
Communication is a challenge for everyone, but remote workers often struggle with it.
Communication can be especially challenging for remote workers because they’re not in the same physical space as their team members.
This is a big problem for me because I am a visual learner and if I can’t see what my team members are working on, I struggle to understand what they are doing.
There are many solutions to this problem, and I will discuss some of them in this post.
  2. Collaboration
Remote workers are often tempted to work in isolation, and that’s a bad idea.
Collaboration is important for any team, but remote workers are even more dependent on collaboration.
If you’re working remotely, you need to make sure that you’re working in a way that supports collaboration.
  3. Distraction
As a remote worker, I’m constantly being distracted by things.
I’m constantly being interrupted by my phone, by my coworkers, by my family, and by my friends.
If you’re a remote worker, you need to be aware of your surroundings and block out distractions to ensure that you’re fully focused on the task at hand.
