What is the company’s policy on working from home?
“We have a policy that says you can work from home if you are sick, or if you are having a family or personal issue, or if you have a medical condition that requires you to work from home,” the HR manager said.
“You need to have the approval of your manager, and you need to be able to get the work done.”
“You need to be able to get the work done.”
“It’s very important that you are able to do the work and the work has to be of a high standard.
“If you’re not able to do the work, then you can’t work from home.”

How much does the company pay?
The HR manager said the company’s policy was to pay employees a minimum of $30 an hour.
“We don’t pay our staff to work from home, so it’s not a case of ‘Oh, I’m going to get paid $30 an hour to work from home’,” she said.
