Can ConocoPhillips employees work remotely?

The answer is yes. But it’s a little more complicated than that.

In the past, when we’ve asked whether a company’s remote work policy is inclusive, we’ve received a lot of pushback. In fact, we’ve even had to clarify that we were not asking if a company is allowing remote work. We were asking if a company is allowing employees to work remotely.
In other words, we’re asking whether a company is allowing its employees to work from home.
But the reality is that a company’s remote work policy is not just about whether or not its employees can work from home. It’s also about how much flexibility the company is willing to give its employees.
In other words, it’s about whether a company is allowing its employees to work remotely.

So, what does that mean?

What is Remote Work?
In the simplest terms, remote work is when an employee works from a location other than the office.
While this may seem like a simple concept, there are a lot of factors that come into play when a company decides to allow its employees to work remotely.
First, the company has to determine whether it wants to allow its employees to work remotely. This decision is not always made by the company’s CEO or CFO.
