On Thursday, April 25, we sent an email to our entire company (and to anyone else who had signed up to receive our emails) asking the following question:
In the past, we have asked employees to report on how they are feeling. We have found that this type of survey, which we call the “Remote Employee Experience Survey,” is very useful to us in helping to understand how remote work is impacting our employees. The results of this survey are published here.
We had a few questions that we wanted to explore with you, and we would love to hear your thoughts. Please take a moment to complete the survey, and we will be in touch soon.
We received a total of 20 responses. Here are a few of the key findings:
On average, our employees feel that remote work is productive.
Although there was a wide range of responses, on average, our employees felt that remote work is productive. This is important, as we have found that many people have the misconception that working remotely is not as productive as working in an office.
Over the past year, our employees have reported feeling significantly more productive than they did in the past.
